The Universal Lacrosse- Suffern staff is ready to work with you whether you are just starting out with the game of lacrosse or you want to fine tune some of your skills. We have coaches, current players, and instructors on staff offering everything from the basics of the game to specialty work with shooting, feeding, goalie instruction, face off work, defensive techniques, and more!

Whether you are looking for instruction or just need a place to get some work done on the rebounder, shooting on goal, or want to get some video done drop us a line and schedule some time in our instructional area.
